Check to see if the desired dates for your stay are available. You can do so on our “availability” page or on the “Booking” page

On our “Booking options and pricing” page you can see our pricing for different seasons and also check the calendar.

On our “Booking page” you can chose your desired stay, fill out the form and submit it to us. Your booking will be first handled as a reservation. We will then contact you within 48h with confirmation on availability and price for your desired booking. After your confirmation we will send you payment details. When a down-payment of 30% is received your booking is final.

the final 70% of your bill must be payed 90 days before your stay. Unless otherwise arranged.

The security deposit of €250,- will be charged on your invoice. 

After inspection and handing over the keys you will be refunded your security deposit if everything is found in order.

Should you want to cancel your booking a cancellation fee is charged as follows

• Cancellation up to 90 days before date of arrival: the down-payment; 30% of the total price of your booking.

• Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before date of arrival: 60% of the total price of your booking.

• Cancellation from 28 days to 7 days before date of arrival:  90% of the total price of your booking.
• Cancellation from 7 days  date of arrival or later:  100% of the total price of your booking.
