it is absolutely mandatory to state how many people will be staying at the house during your stay.

On your arrival you will pick up your key at location specified by e-mail. You will be informed where to leave the key on depature.

On the invoice you will also pay your €250,- security deposit. Should you damage anything during your stay you are obliged to register this damage on the designated form that your will find in the kitchen drawer. At the end of your stay we will arrange for the house to be inspected. We will look for any damage to the house, the furniture and such. We will also check if the house is left in a clean and tidy order. If we find there is damage you will not get back the security deposit at that time. We will asses the damage and refund your the leftover amount, if any, at a later date by transferring it to your bank account. Should the damage be more than your deposit we will charge you for the difference. We charge a standard fee of €65,- for cleaning. However we still expect you to leave the house clean and tidy in your departure. If there is excessive extra cleaning necessary after your departure we can charge additional costs for cleaning. They will be deducted from your security deposit.

under certain circumstances we allow pets to stay at the house. You will be charged extra for pets. The amount will be determined, by us, at the time on your booking. It is mandatory for the pets to have the appropriate vaccination for France and that they are treated for parasites such as ticks, flees and worms. This depends on the type of pet. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Any damage caused by the pet will have to be payed for.

There is a fireplace in the living room of the house. You are allowed to use this. It is prohibited to use any other fire wood than what is provide in the utility house. In case of a fire emergency there is a fire extinguisher available at the house.

It is allowed to use the provided barbecue in the garden. Barbecuing is allowed only in the provided barbecue.

During the duration of your stay you yourself are responsible for the cleaning of the house. Also the weekly washing of your linen and towels is your own responsibility. All the necessary cleaning supplies are available at the house. At the end of your stay there is no need to wash your towels and linen.

The house is very private so regular noise and playing children should not be a problem. However there are sometimes neighbors to consider. We would therefore ask you to keep the noise between 11 pm and 9 am to an acceptable level.

Parking is only allowed in the designated parking spaces.
